一、引言：

隨著越來越多真空熱處理設備的廣泛應用，如何通過設備來提高工作效率已經是眾多熱處理企業追求的問題，本系統是派金獨立研發出第六代操作系統，具有完全自主知識產權；性能穩定；自動化程度高；故障率低；易操作等特點。

第六代操作系統在原有基礎上增加了變頻通訊（轉速自動調整/手動調整），等溫淬火，淬火預冷；曲線記錄以及打印等適應眾多新型工藝的功能，最大程度滿足客戶工藝要求，并開發出夜間與白天模式自由切換，避免夜晚觀察出錯，新增加恢復出廠設置功能，即使參數錯亂，即可一鍵恢復。

The sixth generation operating system adds the functions of frequency conversion communication (automatic speed adjustment/manual adjustment), isothermal quenching, quenching pre-cooling, curve recording and printing to meet the requirements of many new processes, and develops free switching between night mode and day mode to avoid night observation. Error, add new function to restore factory settings, even if the parameters are confused, you can restore it by one key.

三、工藝界面介紹：

Introduction of process interface:

  工藝可設定100條以上，一次輸入永久保存，自動生成工藝庫。對于當前運行的PID曲線設置參數實時監控/反饋，并有暫停/運行/等待等功能，對于步號/工藝總剩余時間/步剩余時間/步溫度/計劃溫度/步計劃溫度等參數實時監控。

工藝編制界面，人機對話方式，所見即所得。

The process can be set to more than 100 pcs, once inputted and stored permanently, and the process library can be automatically generated. For the current running PID curve setting parameters real-time monitoring/feedback, and pause/run/wait functions, for the step number/process total remaining time/step remaining time/step temperature/step planning temperature and other parameters real-time monitoring.

四、工藝歷史式曲線界面：

工藝曲線在工控機內可保存30天，可選擇性手動刪除，在記錄頁面可隨時查找30天內工藝曲線。保證產品工藝追溯性，工藝調整性。

4. Process history curve interface:

The process curve can be saved in the industrial computer for 30 days, optionally deleted manually, and the process curve can be searched at any time in the record page for 30 days. Ensure product process traceability and process adjustment.

五、報警界面

   設備出現報警后，報警框內出現故障點、以及報警時間，方便操作人員快速判斷設備故障點，從而快速解決。

   故障報警點主要有：

                    機械泵啟動故障、運行故障

                    機械泵啟動故障、運行故障

                    加熱啟動故障、運行故障、過流

                    風機啟動故障、運行故障（氣淬爐）

                    斷水/斷氣/超溫/電極斷水

部分報警出現時設備自動停機并報警，次要報警出現時設備報警，人工干預無效時設備人工停機。

5. Alarm Interface

After the equipment alarms, there are fault points and alarm time in the alarm box, which makes it convenient for operators to quickly judge the equipment fault points and solve them quickly.

When some alarms occur, the equipment stops automatically and alarms. When the secondary alarms occur, the equipment alarms. When the manual intervention is invalid, the equipment will be shut down manually.
